Renovated to a very high standard in a contemporary style, it offers a touch of luxury, the open plan living space is beautifully finished with a dining table and well-equipped quality fitted kitchen, French doors open to an enclosed paved terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing drink on a summer’s evening as you overlook the water. Take advantage of the flexibility of self-catering or alternatively there is a good restaurant and bar on your doorstep in the marina itself. The double bedroom is a lovely calming space with a French door leading to a rear enclosed patio, another sheltered spot offering a touch of privacy.

Perfect for boating and sailing enthusiasts, there are launching facilities available. Explore the beautiful Cleddau estuary or secret waterway as it is known, with hidden channels, sleepy villages and quaint pubs all waiting to be discovered, alternatively footpaths abound, including the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, as well as an extensive network of cycle paths for keen bikers which will take you through the nature reserve as far as Haverfordwest, the bustling market town at the heart of Pembrokeshire, so perfect for nature lovers and fishermen as well. Conveniently located for exploring the whole of the south of this stunning County there are a number of wonderful beaches within easy reach with the Dale peninsula including Marloes to your west and Angle and Freshwater West to the east over the Cleddau Bridge. There are good amenities in Milford Haven with its Marina and excellent Torch Theatre or enjoy a visit to the historical town of Pembroke with its Medieval Castle the birth place of Henry VII.

Approached via carriageway leading onto block paved driveway with parking for one car in communal car park or infront of garage. Apartment is accessed via block paved path with one step to the front door level. There is another step from the front door up into the property. Guest are not met upon arrival. Ground floor facilities include:- kitchen, diner/lounge, shower room/shower cubicle and double bedroom. The bed is regarded as being fairly high from the ground due to the depth of the mattress. Patio doors lead from the dining area out onto a raised patio, there is a small step from the house onto the patio over the door frame. The patio can also be accessed via a separate set of 4 wooden steps to the side of the property. There are double doors with 2 steps down from the bedroom to a courtyard area at the rear of the property. Access to the utility area can be from these doors or from the front door around to the back of the property on a flat block paved path to the utility area. There is one step up to the utility area. The living areas, bedroom & bathroom are well-lit with natural and artificial lighting. All TVs are operated by remote control. External lighting is available. There is WiFi at the property.

An excellent location for us as we brought our bikes and are into walking too. Accommodation is excellent, comfortable and all the little extras make such a difference. We visited Freshwater West (twice) and can recommend 'Mor Cafe' in the car park there. We went to Cwm Deri vineyard and enjoyed the wine tasting, cheeses and cake! Also a meal at the Jolly Sailor in Burton, excellent views and food. Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to return one day.

A real wow factor when we walked through the door of this fantastic apartment enhanced by the lovely fresh flowers, felt welcomed from the start. Great position to explore a lot of Pembrokeshire from the local walk along the nature reserve at the end of the marina to the lovely beaches of Broad Haven, Barafundle, Marloes and Freshwater West. I can recommend the Jolly Sailor in Burton and the cafe and restaurant opposite for breakfast and dinner. Many many Thanks

What a delight to stay in a well equipped 'home from home' place. The decor and furniture are all very nice and classy. Ideal location for exploring the area. We hired bikes from the marina and rode to Haverfordwest. Travelled to Caldey Island via boat. Tenby and Saundersfoot are well worth a visit. The Jolly Sailor in Burton was lovely for food. Thank you for the home made Welsh cakes and all the other little gifts.

What a wonderful week we have had here at I Neyland Marina. We have a boat here at the marina and spent most days up the river or sailing down to Dale, even saw 2 dolphins off the bay at Milford Haven. What a lovely apartment, loved the art work. Thank you for the extras you left us (especially the Welsh cakes - Delicious)

Lovely stay, made even better by the good weather. There are some thoughtful touches in the apartment especially the selection of hot drinks and biscuits. Days out to Tenby, Saundersfoot and St David's. Great meal at the Ferryman over the bridge. Would recommend booking if eating across the road.
